Tea/coffee & biscuits will be provided during the breaks and after each class.  Water and fruit will be provided during the day but feel free to bring your own soft drink and refreshments.

There is no bar during the dance but you may bring your own drinks.  The venue has no objection to you bringing your own alcohol.

Where to eat

For lunch there is a Subway sandwich shop and Morrisons supermarket next to the Blackburn Hall. For your evening meal there is a Toby’s right next to the Holiday Inn in the same grounds and they have a very good carvery and curries (everything is under £6 before 5.30pm).  After that the price goes to £7.50 and the menu changes slightly.  No need to book but you might have a short wait if they are busy. Changing facilities

The hall will be opened during the break so if you need to, you can freshen up and change: there are two large male & female changing rooms backstage with mirrors & chairs and a separate washroom for each.

What to wear

Please bring spare shirts/t-shirts/tops, comfortable shoes & deodorant for the workshops. There is no specific dress theme for the evening dance.
